Description
Having a baby is such a special time in a womens life and for a short period thereafter it can be a time of discomfort physically.Â
Anewmum Comfort Mist provides instant relief after having a baby. The pain and discomfort, can be attributed to the bruising, swelling and tearing caused from giving birth.
You can use our Anewmum Comfort Mist before baby arrives to help with perineal massage as our mist is oil based. We do not recommend spraying anything on an open wound, so make sure you are ready to use our mist approx a week after baby arrives. In the meantime you can apply our mist on some maternity pads, keep them in a ziplock cooler bag ready in the FRIDGE to use when you need that extra cooling effect.
Directions
- Mist the sensitive areas when you experience discomfort – (DO NOT SPRAY ON OPEN WOUND).
- For external use only.
- Use the Comfort Mist as often as is needed – ideally after each urination clean the area with our postpartum peri bottle using lukewarm water in the first instance, then use your Comfort Mist directly. For additional cooling relief, have misted maternity pads ready to use in a ziplock bag in the fridge.
- For that extra cooling effect, pop your Comfort Mist in the fridge 10 mins before use.
For Caesarean Sections – use when wound is sealed. Anewmum Comfort Mist can help support the healing of a closed wound. Use inline with scar therapy massage of the c-section wound.

Got this for my wife! Such a great product. She found it really relieving to have it sprayed and rubbed into her calves and feet as she had quite a bit of swelling towards the end of her pregnancy and postpartum. Highly recommend!

Worked well even after CSection! I ended on the operating table due to bleeding, but still got to use the spray – I got an allergic reaction from the wound dressing plaster and this spray helped calm down the area really well. So soothing, definitelly recommend, whatever birth you will have.

I adore this product! I used this the night I gave birth!! It’s extremely soothing and smells incredible. I love the research behind it and the benefits of using it has. I have tried 2 other brands and 1. They don’t feel as soothing 2. They don’t smell as nice. So I picked up more bottles of the comfort mist. Also lovely in the fridge if you need that extra bit of soothing!! Honestly the best perineal spray on the market!!!
